Influence of Cement Types on Concrete Properties of Double-Block Ballastless Track Bed

Taking double-block ballastless track bed concrete as the object, influences of low-heat Portland cement (P·LH) and normal (P·O) on mechanical properties, adiabatic temperature rise, dry-shrinkage cracking sensitivity are studied. The results show that, prepared with two types can meet design requirements C40 concrete. It is also noticed that strength development different. That is, early P·LH lower lately slightly higher than P·O, 3d 56d compressive 41% 9% latter, 5% latter at age 90d. reduces rise concrete, 1d, 7d 34%, 24% 20% respectively. reduce significantly, 1d value 70% 30% respectively, even shrinkage stable 180d, former latter. Cracking evaluated by ring test shows significantly decrease no occurred within 28d, but P·O was cracked 10d.
